Tax Refund Policy in Austria

If you are older than 18 years old and your permanent residence is outside the EU, then you will be eligible for tax free shopping.
Please beware that the tax free service applies only to goods that are unused and exported in the traveller’s personal luggage

Exceptions:

Spare parts are not eligible for tax refund.
